This beautiful brick and timber building on 2nd Ave, Downtown Nashville was originally built in 1883 and had recently had the roof and roof structure replaced after the bombing on Christmas Day 2020. T2 Investments, a Chicago-based company, renovated and updated the finishes on the 3rd floor to create the perfect space for their new Nashville location. The 3,700 square foot office includes an open workstation area that accommodates 18 desks, open and private conference rooms, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 meeting rooms.
